The PR60B-D4 Steelheart Series Pizza prep table, two section refrigerator with stainless drawers. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 16.63 cubic feet this front breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features a adjustable ducted rail air distribution system to suit any kitchen.
The PR60B-D4 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR60B-D4 includes (8) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4″ deep (can accept 6″ deep pans). Equipped with a the drawer slides are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. A 60″ x 19″ x 0.5″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube. The unit is ETL Safety (US & C) Listed, ETL Sanitation, Georgia Made Certified and includes a six years parts warranty, five years labor warranty, and seven years compressor warranty.
