If the heater has been on for more than 30 seconds, there is a 30 seconds cool down delay when turning off the unit. If the heater was on for less than 30 seconds or in non-heating mode, the fan would keep running for 10 seconds when turning off the unit. Therefore, with the magnetic door switch installed, closing the door or window doesn’t turn off the air curtain immediately.
