Ferno Advantage Basket Stretcher - FNO-RE11250399
The Ferno Advantage Basket Stretcher (#RE11250399) is ideal for safely transporting your patients in even the most technical rescue situations. It has a fully internal stainless-steel frame that provides a 2500-lb strength rating.
The outer high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell is attached to the top rail, providing you with numerous options for securely tying your patient to the completely exposed secondary rail. Generous cut-outs in the shell provide multiple sections of exposed top rail for handling, and the 7/8" tubing allows for a more comfortable grip. The patient mattress is made of a closed-cell foam that will not allow fluids to soak into it and is able to withstand even the harshest cleaning agents.

Maintenance Tips
-
Clean after every use with mild soap and water to remove dirt, fluids, and debris.
-
Inspect frame and rails regularly for dents, cracks, or bending that could affect load support.
-
Check attachment points—carabiner holes, lift points, and harness mounts—for wear or deformation.
-
Examine patient restraints for fraying, stitching damage, or weakened buckles; replace immediately if worn.
-
Lubricate metal hardware lightly to prevent corrosion, especially after exposure to moisture or salt environments.
-
Store in a dry, shaded area to avoid UV degradation and moisture buildup.
-
Verify bottom mesh and support panels for tears or broken sections to ensure safe weight distribution.
-
Test lifting stability periodically to ensure secure operation during high-angle or rugged rescues.
