NEW for 2015, the Hayman MVEX-1512 burglar fire safe is a top of the line fully reinforced safe that will give you peace of mind in protecting what matters to you. The outside has been re-designed, but the size and construction has not changed. The safe is built with heavy composite construction, 1-1/8 inch diameter bolts and a massive 4 1/2" thick door and up to 5 - 1/4 inch angled hard plates and multiple glass relocking devices which activate when punching, hammering and drilling attempts are made on the safe. These security features are all designed to keep the safe as secure as possible.

The MVEX-1512 MagnaVault safe has a 105 minute fire rating tested at an external temperature of 1275 degrees while the inside only got as hot as 350 degrees. Hayman manufactures this safe with a fire resistant material incorporated in between the steel in the safe. Normal unprotected steel will transfer heat as quickly as possible. The material on the Hayman MVEX-1512 blocks the transfer of heat keeping the inside relatively cool. You can actually store paper items in the safe and be worry free if a fire ever occurs. Along with the fire rating is a intumescent door seal that swells at high temperatures to seal the door from fire and smoke. The standard lock on the MVEX-1512 is a SecuRam digital electronic lock with a TopLit keypad. A dial combination lock can be installed for an additional charge.

It comes in a textured gray, black & white paint finish with tempered glass shelves. That's right Glass Shelves.
For the WOW factor, 1/2" thick tempered glass shelves adorn the interior of every MagnaVault EX.
Laced with a polished Stainless Steel facia these shelves look and feel like they belong in something from Tiffany's.
Hayman tested the strength of these shelves by putting Four, 1" steel plates, each weighing 57 lbs for a total of 228 lbs on that Glass Shelf.
